Buyer Instructions
When you have identified the items you wish to purchase, simply send an e-mail to mepsicircuit@gmail.com to request your items. The following tips will help me with processing:
Include a relevant subject line in your e-mail (e.g., "circuit book stamp purchases").
In the body of the e-mail, specify your requests by book numbers, page and item numbers -- spreadsheet format preferred.
Specify your preferred method of payment (personal check drawn on a U.S. bank, or PayPal).
Include your name, mailing address, and MEPSI number.
State any special shipping instructions over and above regular first class mail. The default method of shipping is first class mail, and the Society is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Items can be sent via Priority Mail, or with tracking and insurance, but you must request this at the time of purchase so that the charges can be applied to your invoice.
That's all you need to do. In a short time (depending upon my schedule), you will receive an invoice. Please do not attempt to send payment prior to receiving an invoice.
Your items will be mailed after receiving payment. You will receive an e-mail notification after the item has been placed in the mail.
Important Note to our members who are also Dealers: these Circuit Book items for sale are for the benefit of our member collectors to add to their collections – not for Dealers to obtain “wholesale” material for their sales. Please be understanding and sensitive and not attempt to purchase Circuit Book selections. Thank you.
